Group Financial Controller

The Group Financial Controller oversees financial integrity, governance, and consolidated reporting across Kifiya’s entities to support sound decision-making and sustainable growth.

Location: Addis Ababa

Reports to:Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will provide data-driven insights, financial models, and forecasts to guide strategic decisions and support Kifiya’s growth.

Senior Credit Risk Analyst

The Senior Credit Risk Analyst is responsible for leading the design and execution of credit risk analytics, scoring model development, and risk policy refinement to support Kifiya’s lending partnerships.

Site Reliability Engineer

The Site Reliability Engineer is responsible for designing, automating, and operating resilient, scalable, and secure infrastructure to ensure Kifiya’s platforms remain highly available and performant.

Agricultural Loan Product Manager (Bank Partnerships & Product Adoption)

The Agricultural Loan Product Manager (Bank Partnerships & Product Adoption) will Lead the full lifecycle of agri-loan products, from concept and design to launch and monitoring, translating farming realities into financial solutions, collaborating with partners and stakeholders, and tracking performance to ensure adoption, scale, compliance, and market fit.

Customer Acquisition Head

The Customer Acquisition Head will develop and implement data driven strategies to acquire customers via Business Development Executives, partner banks and digital platform.

Program Manager

Tax Compliance Officer

The Tax Compliance Officer will develop and implement strategies to ensure regulatory compliance, while enhancing efficiency, transparency, and trust in financial operations.

Research, Evaluation and Knowledge Management (KM) Manager

The Research, Evaluation and Knowledge Management Manager will lead research, evaluation, and learning systems to generate evidence, inform decision-making, and strengthen impact across Kifiya’s programs.
