Manager: Consumer Insight and Analysis (External)
CORE COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Job Knowledge:
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial performance management, business planning, CVM, pricing, or data analytics, preferably within telecommunications.
- Technical Skills
ï‚§Â Â Â Â Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies such as SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms.
ï‚§Â Â Â Â Strong experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
ï‚§Â Â Â Â Strong database querying skills.
ï‚§Â Â Â Â Proven track record of translating data into business strategies and actionable insights.
ï‚§Â Â Â Â Strong understanding of key telecom metrics (e.g., ARPU, churn rate, customer segmentation).
Business Skills
•    Strong ability to interpret performance data and convert it into commercial actions and decisions.
•    Strong understanding of telecom commercial KPIs (ARPU, churn, acquisition cost, retention, usage).
Leadership & Stakeholder Skills
•    Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple commercial teams.
•    Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
•    Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a strong commercial narrative.
Senior Accountant-Credit Control
Qualifications
- Accounting or related Finance bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. ACCA will be an added advantage.
-  3-4 years’ experience in a Credit Control administrative and/ or account management role in debt management experience in a well-run company working with multiple business partners
- Proven experience & good understanding of debt
- acquisition and management and Experience in building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans.
- Experience in Oracle or any other ERP
Responsibilities
- Enhanced & increased cash collection against revenue of above 100% month on month.
- •   Continuous ledger collection on other buckets collection as guided by the collection matrix.
- •   Ensure contained debt spill over monthly with maximum of 1% per age bucket
- •   Monthly Engagement with Technical billing on roaming rates system updates to enhance billing accuracy and drive demand reduction on billing disputes
- •   Full reconciliation & customer engagement on overdue accounts
- •   Timely Receipting of EFTs & withholding taxes & allocation of credits to ensure clean ledger and reconciled customer accounts.
- •   Auto-Audit review of the withholding tax portfolio
- •   Implement right first time on business processes.
- •   Proactive resolve and closure of customer queries &
- •   Improved customer satisfaction and therefore assured churn reduction.
- •   Ensure that the collection plan only affects the unpaid accounts.
- •   Daily review of the consumption reports daily and bar customers were necessary.
- •   Follow up reconnection after payment to improve on customer satisfaction, rapport, and work with others more effectively
- Build and maintains strong relationships and network.
Executive Head of Department – Reward & OE
Qualifications
Must have technical / professional qualifications:Â
- Bachelor’s degree in arts, social sciences & businessÂ
- Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management from an accredited institution.Â
- 10 years’ total experience in leadership role, 4 of which must be in Reward and OE leadership role. Â
- Ability to employ solid planning, strategic & decision-making skills.Â
- Flair and passion for analysis, organization design and change managementÂ
- Ability to influence professionals of senior management level and peers.Â
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.Â
- Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships, externally and internally.Â
- Ability to employ conceptual business skills in understanding the organization’s bigger pictureÂ

- Post-graduate degree in Business Administration or Human Resources will be an added advantage.
Deputy Chief Financial Officer
Qualifications
- MA in Accounting or A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- A qualified and registered Certified Public Accountant (CPAK) and or Chartered Accounting qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years’ post qualification experience gained in financial or management accounting in a large multinational organization.
- Must have over 4 years’ experience in supervising and managing the performance of Accountants in a large organization.
