Samaritan Surgical Center, Ethiopia’s first specialized surgical facility offering services such as joint replacement, neurosurgery, urology, plastic surgery, and 24/7 trauma care, is seeking a Marketing Executive to lead marketing and digital initiatives for the center.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with the center’s strategy and budget.

• Manage digital marketing, social media, PR events, campaigns, and advertising.

• Maintain marketing databases and ensure confidential, accurate, and timely handling of information.

• Collaborate with department heads to create targeted marketing content and campaigns.

• Monitor competitor activity and healthcare market trends.

• Generate leads, attract new patients, retain existing clients, and maintain relationships with corporate and insurance partners.

• Resolve customer queries, facilitate customer service, and ensure satisfaction.

• Provide advice to management on marketing activities and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• M.D. with short-term marketing training or B.A. in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 6 months digital marketing experience for M.D.; at least 2 years relevant experience for B.A.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.

• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, initiative, and adaptability skills.
