Job Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain servers, workstations, network infrastructure, and medical devices.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for clinical and administrative staff.

• Manage network security, firewalls, VPNs, and secure access control policies.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy, and perform regular security audits.

• Integrate clinical systems such as EHR and PACS with IT infrastructure.

• Oversee data backups and implement disaster recovery strategies.

• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, security protocols, and generate performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems administration, preferably in healthcare.

• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, Mac OS, network management, cloud platforms, virtualization, and database management.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and security-focused skills.
